Blue and White Snuff Bottle with Inlaid Wood Stopper, China, possibly Yongzheng period, oval jar form with waisted neck and rolled rim, resting on a raised foot with bisque rim and recessed base, decorated with a frieze of intricate lotus scrolls between patterned bands and lines, the dark hardwood cover with inlaid "yin/yang" design, four-character Yongzheng mark on base, ht. 2 3/8 in.
Provenance: Mary Andrews Wolff Collection; then by descent to the present owner.
