Identified on an unattributed typewritten label and with a label from Ocmulgee Arts, Macon, Georgia, both affixed to the frame backing.
Pigment on celluloid, sight size 6 1/2 x 7 1/2 in. (16.5 x 19.0 cm),framed.
Condition: Extremely minute flaking in black pigment to Hatter's eyes and eyebrows, gentle rippling, extremely minute area of mold or similar to Hatter's coat tail, not examined out of frame.
