Federal Tiger Maple and Bird's-eye Maple and Mahogany Veneer Sideboard, possibly Ohio, early 19th century, the rectangular top with scrolled gallery on the case of three short drawers above two cupboard doors and three drawers, all flanked by quarter-engaged turned posts continuing to vase- and ring-turned feet, overall ht. 64, top ht. 53 1/2, wd. 67, dp. 26 in.

Cracks and repairs to the gallery sides, some veneer loose and needs reattaching, cracks to some veneer, full width crack to veneer on bottom drawer, replaced brasses, plugged holes from original brasses, poplar secondary wood, old refinish, wear and minor damage consistent with age.
