The process is simple--just follow these three easy steps:
#1 Register as a user on this website
Returning customers can LOGIN and update their credentials. If you've registered in the past and can't recall your login credentials use the link at login for a reminder. New users can REGISTER for this service.
**If you are in our system you'll need to use your existing email address and password or customer number and pin--reminders can be found following the link at the login screen**
#2 Sign-up for live bidding
Sign-up for the auction by clicking on the bright blue live bidding button (upper right of this page). You will log-in for the live bidding applet. Enter your user name and password or customer number and pin. If you're a new, or just signed up, please contact us for assistance.

Before the auction is scheduled to begin, Select Register for Auction and then select the auction name from the drop-down list. Click "register" and confirm your interest in participating. You will automatically receive an email acknowledging your registration and log-in credentials.
By bidding, you agree to be bound by our Conditions of Sale. As stated, buyers bidding via live internet bidding are subject to a buyers premium of 22.5% of each lot selling for up to $200,000; and 15% over $200,000.
#3 Ready to Bid
At the time of the auction return to this page and click on the bright blue Skinner live bidding button--this will bring you to the launch page. You may be asked to provide your user name and password (found in the confirmation email) and click Realtime Bidder. A bid applet will open displaying the current lot, lot description, picture, estimate, current bid, asking bid, auctioneers messages, etc. A large green "Bid NOW" button enables you to bid in real time with the auction.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
The bid applet can be run on IE, Firefox and Safari. Flash 8 or higher is necessary and Java is not required.
