Two Silverwork Boxes, China and Thailand, 20th century, both rectangular with hinged covers, a silver box decorated with floral and foliate filigree openwork, wood interior, three two-character mark on base partially translated as "Chengdu pure silver"; and a sterling silver box decorated with religious figures and foliate scrolls, on four bracket feet, lacquered burlwood interior with two compartments, marked "Thai nakorn sterling Thailand" on base, to 1 3/4 x 5 1/4 x 3 3/4 in.

both in good condition with minor tarnishing, dents, and scratches to base, smaller box wt. approx. 0.5lb (225g),larger wt. approx. 0.59lb (270g).
