Four Shell Boxes, England, 19th/early 20th century, two oval: signed Mappin & Webb, London, gadrooning on hinged lid, inlaid silver urn and vinework, lg. 3 3/8, wd. 2 3/8, and one with silver bezel and ray design, unmarked, lg. 3 5/8, wd. 1 7/8; a casket with sterling silver garland and lyre lid, probably William Comyns & Sons, London, mark worn, lg. 3 1/4, wd. 2; and one square, with silver cartouche and figural corners on lid, ht. 2 3/8, lg. 4 3/8, wd. 4 1/4 in.

Square box is missing one corner silver attachment, but is included with lot; oval with ray has cracking, some which leads to underside; all items show signs of age consistent with age and use.
