Chippendale Mahogany Scroll-top Chest on Chest, Massachusetts, 18th century, the upper section with fan-carved central drawer and two short drawers, over four graduated thumbmolded long drawers, flanked by fluted pilasters, the lower section with a pullout writing surface and three block-front drawers, resting on carved ogee feet, (restoration),ht. 84, wd. 40 3/4, dp. 20 in.
