Pilgrim or Male Saint
Unsigned, inscribed "...Peter Candit..." in pencil and stamped with a collector's
mark on the reverse.
Ink and wash on laid paper with an anchor watermark, sheet size 11 5/16 x 7 1/4 in. (29.5 x 18.5 cm),unframed.
Condition: Small repaired tear l.c., tiny holes, toning, rippling, soiling, partial labels on the reverse.

Estimate $500-700

There are approximately six tiny holes scattered throughout the sheet. Repaired tear lower center measures 7/8 in. HInged to back mat in two places along top edge, with rippling in area of hinges.

The watermark shows an anchor enclosed in a circle.
